About the Role:

As a Generative AI Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying innovative AI solutions using Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and NLP-based technologies. This role involves working across data science, engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver AI-powered systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using Azure Cognitive Services and OpenAI.
• Lead development of AI/ML models, focusing on NLP and generative AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production using DevOps best practices.
• Develop analytics solutions using Python (Anaconda) and AI/ML frameworks.
• Ensure cloud solutions meet security, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and lead technical knowledge sharing.
• Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive CI/CD practices for deploying AI models efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 3+ years in solution architecture.
• Proven expertise in cloud-based AI deployments (preferably on Azure).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Azure AI certification (preferred).
